What we collect
- What you send us. Your name, email, phone number, business name and message when you call, text, email or fill out a form on this website.
- Business information you give us as a client, such as logins you choose to share, your customer list, or your business details, so we can do the work you hired us for.
- Basic website visit counts. We may use privacy-friendly analytics that count page visits. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not sell your data.
How we use it
- To answer your questions, send quotes, and set up and run the services you choose.
- To send messages you asked for, such as replies to your call, form or text, appointment details and service updates.
- To bill you and keep the records the law requires.
Text messages (SMS)
If you agree to receive text messages from Whip City Tech, we use your phone number only to send the messages you agreed to. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to stop at any time.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Who we share it with
We never sell or rent your information. We share it only with the tools we use to run the business (for example our email, phone, website hosting, customer messaging and payment providers), and only as needed to provide our services, or when the law requires it.
Our clients' customers
When we run services for a client, such as review requests or follow-up emails, we handle their customers' information on the client's behalf and only to do that work. We never use it for our own marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep information as long as we need it to serve you or as the law requires, then delete it. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
- Emails: reply "no thanks" or use the unsubscribe link, and we'll stop.
- Texts: reply STOP.
