Do I lose control of my listing?

No. You stay the owner. We're added as a manager, and you can remove us anytime.

Will this get me to #1 on Google?

Nobody can honestly promise that. Google ranks by how relevant you are, how close you are to the searcher, and how well known you are. A complete, active listing with fresh reviews helps with the parts you can control.

I don't have a Google listing yet.
